Our Client Services Process
When you express interest in our services, Shannon is the typically the first person you meet. She plays a pivotal role by educating about the benefits of estate planning, particularly how it can protect your loved ones. Her initial conversations are not only informative but also comforting, ensuring you feel valued and understood.
When you schedule your Family Wealth Planning Session, Shannon will outline our process for engaging new clients. This is a two-hour, attorney-led meeting that can be conducted either via Zoom or in our office. During this session:
- First Hour: The attorney spends time understanding your goals and desires for your family and assets. This involves a detailed discussion about the current state of your estate and how you envision your future arrangements.
- Planning and Pricing: Towards the end of the first hour, the attorney shares our planning levels and pricing structures, helping clients choose the plan that best suits their family’s needs.
- Second Hour: If you decide to proceed, this time is used to start designing your personalized estate plan.
- Follow-up: As our client, you will be invited back approximately six weeks later to sign your documents, leaving with the peace of mind that your estate plans are in place.
