About the Position: The Marketing Manager will report to and work with the Director of Marketing in executing the Firm’s robust marketing activities, i.e. click all the buttons to make it happen! You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, acquiring new clients and referral sources, and nurturing existing relationships. You will effectively communicate our mission throughout various marketing channels, attracting “A” clients to the Firm. This will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially for the right person. You will play an essential role in the continued growth of our Firm.

You are creative, and computer savvy – adept at leveraging technology for efficiency. Experience with Infusionsoft or HubSpot is a plus. Job Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, you will:
Formulate, develop, evaluate, and implement the Firm’s marketing strategic plan in conjunction with the Director of Marketing, based on the established objectives, market characteristics and cost considerations.
Create marketing content to include brochures, videos and infographics.
Create, design and improve upon existing marketing collateral including blogs and email campaigns to target potential new clients.
Work with outside vendors to maintain the Firm’s website and create monthly E-newsletter, including content development for timely review and submission.
Lead Firm events coordination, including all back-end activities; create registration pages, send invite email/flyer, prep for event. From time to time, position will require attendance at events during the evening and on weekends. All events currently being held remotely.
Identify businesses, organizations and other referral sources that will invite Firm’s attorneys to speak to their members, clients, or employees: oversee all arrangements related to hosting events.
Strategize with Marketing Director to develop marketing materials for targeted audiences. This will include but is not limited to marketing campaigns, blog articles, marketing emails and welcome packages.
Create and submit monthly ROI and tracking reports. Use data to determine best marketing practices and improve lead conversion rates.
Attend weekly team meetings and trainings.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years Marketing/Public Relations experience
Experience working with CRM systems, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Canva, WordPress.
Must be comfortable with providing superior high-end customer service (think, Ritz Carlton)
Must have the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing work environment.
Must have strong organization and prioritization skills.
Must have excellent written communication, proofreading and copywriting skills.
Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond and deliver exceptional service.
Must be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
This is a full time, Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00 position.
