About the Position

The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for executing the Firm’s robust marketing activities, i.e. click all the buttons to make it happen! You will successfully market legal services that cultivate new relationships and generate high-quality leads. You will effectively communicate our mission, attracting “A” clients to the Firm. This will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially for the right person. You will play an essential role in the continued growth of our Firm.

The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing Estate Planning law firm located in Acton, MA. Our work is focused on the unique estate planning needs of both young families and empty nesters. We provide exceptional client service and high-quality legal services in the areas of wills, trusts, estates and asset protection. Job Responsibilities:

    • Initiate the Firm’s “Back-end Marketing” activities and develops new strategies.

    • Work with and manage established outside vendors. Develop new relationships with vendors where and when appropriate.

    • Oversee quarterly website audit; checking links, updating information, refreshing photos

    • Develop ideas with Marketing team to design marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas. Delegate creation of marketing materials to Marketing Coordinator. 

    • Create a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads from marketing channels, clients, and referral sources. Maintain marketing channel ROI’s and lead statistics. Standardize analytics reporting. Report findings and stats weekly to Director of Marketing. Collaborate with Director on when to increase or decrease activity. 

    • Execute the firm’s back-end marketing system to ensure customer service and top of mind awareness remain current.

    • Create and maintain the top of mind awareness email drip campaign to deepen relationships with both clients and professional referral sources

    • Develop and improve upon existing marketing materials for targeted audiences

    • Responses to prospects (DRIP campaigns)

    • Landing pages for events – both live and webinar format

    • Welcome packages and personalized letters

    • Newsletter

    • Website

    • Marketing emails (to include, but not limited to; pre-sales glide path and post sales glide path in Lawmatics, End Of Year emails/letters)

    • Blogs

    • Update and keep current employee biographies

    • Create new marketing materials for new campaign ideas

    • Oversee the Firm’s social media and event calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs so as to be able to provide a 90 day view for Director of Marketing

    • Participate in weekly staff meetings with the Owners and Staff.  Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years Marketing/Public Relations experience
  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Canva, WordPress. Must consider yourself to be technically savvy.
  • Must be comfortable with providing superior high-end customer service (think, Ritz Carlton)
  • Must have the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing work environment. 
  • Must have strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Must have excellent written communication, proofreading and copywriting skills. 
  • Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond and deliver exceptional service. 
  • Experience with tracking, monthly ROI reports.
  • Must be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
